Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your reservation time to allow for check-in. Your reservation is for 1 hour. For example, if you booked the 4pm time you will have from 4-5pm to enjoy the studio.

We gladly host private parties and offer group discounts! These are $199 an hour and reservations can be made with no minimum number of participants necessary, with a max of 15 participants per hour. Additional hours can be purchased and you will receive a 10% discount when booking multiple hours.

Children 13 years and older may utilize the studio without their parents present! Children under 13 years old will require a parent to attend and supervise. For every 3 children 1 adult is required to supervise.

Your ticket is for a 1 time single use. If you don’t use all of your time you will not be able to come back with the same ticket, you will need to purchase another ticket/time!
Your phone or camera 📱📷 + good vibes and a willingness to take a lot of selfies. 😀 Since you will be taking a lot of awesome pictures, we also suggest bringing a few different outfits. We have two private changing rooms for you to use.
Yes, please note they need to be under 30lbs. These are calculated under their own rate when making the reservation. Owner is responsible for any damage or any 💩 caused by the pup.

We are not a museum in the traditional sense. Normally in a museum you are not allowed to touch anything or take photos, whereas we HIGHLY encourage taking as many pictures as you can! 😀
All tickets are non-refundable. However, you can reschedule for a different date/time with 48 hours notice at no charge (subject to availability) 👍
